Walking from the port of Parikia along the main seafront road, you will find Maouni's Rooms on your left 500m. down the road. They are located a few steps away from the beach, but don't be surprised if you can't find the streetlet they're on. It is a picturesque, tiny street - traditionally Cycladic, where 2 people can barely fit side by side! Maouni's is a small place offering well-priced, simple rooms for 2 with or without cooking facilities and an apartment for 2 to 4 persons with double bedroom and living room with kitchen. All types of accommodation have TV, air-condition and refrigerator. Rooms have double or single beds and private balcony or common veranda with shade and flowers. Maouni's Rooms are located a few steps from the seafront, with a beach for a quick swim. In this part of town there are beach cafes, ethnic & traditional restaurants and all kinds of bars. The center of town with the main Market Street is also a few meters away. The Maounis family insist on daily cleanliness and they offer their rooms at very reasonable prices. You will be surprised of the quietness of the area. This is because many of the buildings around are residential houses. Also, after 7 in the afternoon there are no cars allowed on the seafront road. The clubs are only 5 minutes away on foot, in a special clubbing area. So, after a long night of clubbing you are just a few steps away from your bed!
